The B.H.M Department of T John College organized a culinary workshop on American Cuisine on 30/10/2017. Chef Daniel from Alabama, U.S along with Chef Abraham Jacob – Director, Hospitality of Clover Greens conducted the workshop. The students of VII SEM participated and the chef showcased a few American Dishes such as Chickens and Dumplings, Jambalaya, Southern corn meal bread, Potato Salad, HoppinJohn and Butter Walnut cookies. He emphasized on the importance of kitchen hygiene for culinary professionals. The workshop was very informative and gave the students a glimpse on American Cuisine.
