Cake Mixing Ceremony by BHM Dept. TJC – 2016

The BHM Department organized the traditional Cake Mixing Ceremony on 16th Nov 2016 with pivotal involvement of all staff and students of the department. The annual Cake Mixing Ceremony is a traditional event which is conducted year after year which marks the beginning of the Christmas season. The spirit of Christmas was manifested by this occasion. Different types of rich dry fruits and nuts were mixed with wines and spirits along with other essential ingredients to enhance the flavour and taste of the Christmas cake. The entire staff of T John Group of Institution graced this occasion and got involved in the cake mixing process.
The ceremony had the esteemed presence of Mr. Prabhat – Training Manager: IBIS Hotel, Ms. Spoorthi – CEO –Liquid Art Bartending School, Mr. Rajesh Kumar – Director: AMC College of Hotel Management, Mr. Thomas – Ex Chairman BOE – Bangalore University, Mr. Singaraj – Principal – KLE College of Hotel Management, Dr. Thomas P John – Chairman T John Group of Institutions, Dr. Shikha Tiwari – Principal: T. John College, Mr. Roy M Raju – Administrator: T. John Group of Institutions, Ms. Hemalatha Doddamani – Vice Principal: T John College, and all other Principals, HODs and staff of the different colleges in the campus of T John Group of institutions. The event also had the eminent presence of many teachers from all Hotel Management Colleges affiliated with Bangalore University, to grace the occasion.
