Cake Mixing Ceremony by BHM Dept. TJC – 2015

The BHM Department organized the traditional Cake Mixing Ceremony on 17th Nov 2015 with the active involvement of all staff and students of the department. The annual Cake Mixing Ceremony is a traditional event which is done year after year which marks the beginning of the Christmas season. The spirit of Christmas was manifested by this occasion. Different types of rich dry fruits and nuts were mixed with wines and spirits along with other essential ingredients to enhance the flavor and taste of the Christmas Cake. The entire staff of T John Group of Institution graced this occasion and got involved in the cake mixing process.
The ceremony had the esteemed presence of Mr. Mukesh Verma – General Manager: Lemon Tree Hotel, Mr. Shashi – Manager Human Resources: Lemon tree Hotel, Ms. Anusha – Senior Sous chef: Marriott Hotel Whitefield, Mr. Rajesh Kumar – Director: AMC College of Hotel Management, Mr. Joseph Zachariah – Head of Food and Beverage Service: Christ University, Dr. Thomas P John – Chairman T John Group of Institutions, Dr. Shikha Tiwari – Principal: T. John College, Mr. Roy M Raju – Administrator: T. John Group of Institutions, Dr Nilanjana Basu – Vice Principal: T John College, and all other Principals, HODs and staff of the different colleges in the campus of T John Group of institutions. The event also had the eminent presence of Bangalore University delegates to grace the occasion. And indeed the ceremony was a great success.
