Your college years social calendar may be filling fast. There’s movies, games, night-outs, trips & selfies, groupies, tweets, messages…these are a huge part of what makes your college life special. You should let loose, relax and celebrate. But do so in a way that it doesn’t affect your academic success. The end result is important but it’s the journey that is always remembered and treasured.
Focus on personal wellness during your college years

-Cultivate a hobby
-Learn a new sport activity or an exercise regime
-Try finding a few moments of peace to think and reflect
-Practice speaking freely & frankly about your desires and fear with at least one trustable person
